How to propagate all the instance tags to ebs and snapshots

Hi Team,

How do we propagate all the tags that are there for an ec2 instance to its corresponding EBS and Snapshots?

It is suppose to be configured to propogate using for example this "_instance_tags_to_propagate" setting under the boto config file, but I have had no luck configuring this. This is all documented in the Configuration section https://github.com/Answers4AWS/graffiti-monkey

Can someone share they propagation boto config that is successful please?

I have configured my monkey to do that, but the tags are not propagated to the Snapshots nor to the volumes.
