Previously ErrorMessage::new required a String.
Now, it only requires something that has the ToString trait.
Same for ErrorMessage::err and ErrorMessage::with_context

1.2.0: Add optional feature called "send", which makes ErrorMessage Send and also requires all underlying errors to be Send

If enabled, it allows ErrorMessages to be used with (for example) tokio::spawn, which requires errors to be Send.
