The pagination being only at the bottom of the page can be a little annoying if someone wants to flip through pages quickly.
I think depending on the results of issue #428 we may want to think about putting some nav controls on top, instead of, or in addition to, the ones on the bottom.
The key I think is that we always want to have some nav controls above the fold. That way someone can flip through by going click click click. If the nav controls are below then to flip through the pages a user has to go click, scroll, click, scroll, click, scroll and that is frustrating.
