Add tags support for messages

Describe your feature:

Using tags like telegram for group chats to easily find messages related to a topic.

As the markdown syntax used doesn't leverage headings it might be possible.

Why do you think it is useful:

In group chats, conversations can become cluttered, making it difficult to find relevant messages on a specific topic. Implementing a tagging system similar to Telegram's would allow users to categorize and quickly locate related messages, improving organization and accessibility.

This feature would be particularly beneficial for:

Large group discussions where multiple topics are discussed simultaneously.

Teams collaborating on different aspects of a project.

Users who want to revisit past discussions without scrolling endlessly.

By enabling tags, users can filter messages efficiently and maintain structured conversations without relying solely on search functions.

notice that tag is just basically a search, you can search for the tag and it would have the exact same effect, the only difference is that telegram makes the #hastag clickable, and when you click it this just triggers the search, we could do the same but it is a rather small improvement, also I guess this is about searching the hastag inside the group where you clicked a hashtag, right?

It is easier to just tap on a tag and it enforce the use of a specific keyword in a group.
Also it is easier to find all tags by searching # to see the emerging categories in the group.
But I understand if this not possible.
