In ix viewer plus, line height is increased for extra think blank row added to the table

Tables were designed with narrow blank, shaded rows to add extra shading to tables.
The HTML preview and the filing at the SEC (Arelle) show the rows as full height.

@balaji-s This is a long standing issue reported a few times. The SEC doesn't typically respond to issues in this repository. Their preferred method of communicating issues is to email issues to structureddata@sec.gov.
