Russian & Ukrainian layouts for Mac hardcode "switch to cyrillic layout" to RAlt #5

symbols/ru and symbols/ua contain variants (ru(mac) and ua(macOS)) that properly map all Apple-specific keys on Russian and Ukrainian keyboards.

However, these variants also include level3(ralt_switch), which does not match the default macOS hotkey (neither Cmd+Space nor Fn) and can't be disabled.
