Introduce configuration management

There are lot of parameters which are required to be tweaked. So a better config management is required. We can go to different config management tools like:

• Dynnoconf
• Hydra

We can choose any of the above. Better to choose Dynoconf for it's simplicity. Main aim is to introduce config management for better handling of variables.
