How to edit (and configuration settings)

I have this running, but am unable to create/edit entries (except manually via mysql). How do I access the admin menu?

p.s. The ansible playbook requires the following values adding
vars:
webapi_db_name:
webapi_db_password:
webapi_db_username:
webapi_base_url:
webapi_url:
webapi_context_path:
webapi_db_hostname:
mail_host:
webapi_hostname:
It would be good to have examples values for these (i.e. for a known good server).
