Export code review comments for a given repo

Request from a user:
"Quick question: what happens to existing code review comments in a Google Code 
repository when it is transferred to github? Do they automatically get 
transferred as well? I couldn't find any information about this in the FAQ or 
the exporter tool documentation on how to move them over.

Additionally, is there a way to export the existing code review comments 
(similar to how issues can be exported via Google Takeout) before Google Code 
fully shuts down?"
