Possible ways for users to access/use PhantomKit
- Direct XNAT integration
- Runs on AIS at the node (e.g. images acquired at Sydney, uploaded to Sydney’s XNAT and processed using Sydney’s AIS infrastructure)
- Useful for site-specific QC and/or protocol development
- Runs on a central AIS node (e.g. images acquired external to Sydney, are uploaded to Sydney’s XNAT and processed using Sydney’s AIS infrastructure)
- Useful for acquisition harmonisation and/or cross-vendor monitoring
- NeuroDesk integration
- Run directly within NeuroDesk on either local server or laptop/desktop
- Docker image
- Will become obsolete when NeuroDesk integration has been completed
