Possible ways for users to access/use PhantomKit

• Direct XNAT integration
  • Runs on AIS at the node (e.g. images acquired at Sydney, uploaded to Sydney’s XNAT and processed using Sydney’s AIS infrastructure)
    • Useful for site-specific QC and/or protocol development
  • Runs on a central AIS node (e.g. images acquired external to Sydney, are uploaded to Sydney’s XNAT and processed using Sydney’s AIS infrastructure)
    • Useful for acquisition harmonisation and/or cross-vendor monitoring
• NeuroDesk integration
  • Run directly within NeuroDesk on either local server or laptop/desktop
• Docker image 
  • Will become obsolete when NeuroDesk integration has been completed
