How to set BC's speed to a vector like (3,5,0) under WARP backend?

From all the example code, it seems the warp backend implementation of the BC's speed, always return only a scalar value rather than a vector. So if I want to set the speed as (3,5,0) or alike, how should I write the BC_profile part?

Hi @fred2019-dev: can you please provide an example with your desirable input prescribed velocity which leads to an undesirable outcome (e.g. just scalar)? Please also take a look at the new rotating sphere example here to get more ideas about how to write bc_profile. When you have a repro please open a new issue.
