Once A Day Prompt: Not visible in post preview

Issue:

Once a Day prompts do not reappear after the initial preview. Even after closing the window or refreshing the page, it is impossible to see how the prompt appears in a story.

Replicate Issue:

1. Create a prompt & set frequency to once a day.
2. Create a new post and preview it (it's expected to see the "once a day" prompt).
3. Refresh preview (prompt disappears)
4. Close preview, refresh post editor, and select preview (prompt is not visible)
5. Exit the post editor, refresh, go back into the post editor, and preview (prompt is not visible)

What I expect to happen:

Prompts with the “once a day” frequency settings should be shown once in each preview session. I expect the preview to return when the window is closed or the page refreshes. Reference
