Include featured image in the shared post content

The featured image is often a key piece of a news article. It would be helpful to include a means of grabbing that image to include in the share.

Adding here that this has been a requested feature from several Newspack publishers.

This should be optional and configurable. When we were initially building the plugin, several publishers stated that they did not want to include images in the share content, because of licensing issues.

It may be a good idea to allow developers to add additional fields to the share modal, such as extra fields to allow easier copying of the headline, byline, featured media image URL, and so on.
