How to deploy azure functions + fastapi as container? Have problem coming up with the right Dockerfile

Having trouble wrapping this repo as a docker container to deploy to azure functions. What is the recommended Dockerfile to use?

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?)
