Closing as no-op. @j7nw4r is already listed as a code owner for /sdk/eventhubs/ on main (see line: /sdk/eventhubs/ @axisc @Azure/azure-java-sdk @hmlam @j7nw4r @sjkwak), so the Event Hubs ownership goal is already satisfied. The added path /sdk/messaging/azure-messaging-eventhubs/* does not exist in this repo (Event Hubs SDK lives under /sdk/eventhubs/), which is the cause of the codeowners-linter failure. The Service Bus additions were beyond the original scope. If Service Bus ownership becomes a real ask later, I'll open a separate, intentional PR.
