Test REST over Fabric SQL Databases

This work item is to try out REST APIs via DAB on top of SQL database created on the Fabric Platform.

We need to,

1. Create SQL DB in Fabric.
2. Get its connection string.
3. Run your DAB instance locally or on an azure VM with a config file that has this connection string and expose some tables.
4. Test if REST APIs work seamlessly.

The basic calls work fine. Need to do some in depth testing.
