Feature: Toggle layer by holding

I think it would be nice to have the option to toggle a layer by holding a button, for X milliseconds. That way the button is not lost on that function and can still be used for the tap action (remap).

Thanks! Quick q to scope this: should "hold to toggle a layer" be momentary (active only while held, like Fn) or a sticky toggle (hold → stays on, hold again → off)?
