Your website forms now work with Netlify Forms and send notifications to your email.
- Added hidden HTML forms to
public/index.htmlfor Netlify detection - Fixed form submission encoding for proper Netlify processing

- Ready for deployment with working forms
Since we added the hidden forms, you need to redeploy:
- If using Git: Push your changes, Netlify will auto-deploy
- If manual deploy: Upload the new
buildfolder to Netlify
Once deployed:
- Go to Netlify Dashboard
- Click your
top-tier-solutionssite - Go to Forms in the sidebar
- You should now see "contact" and "booking" forms listed
- Click Settings and usage
- Add notification email: Your Gmail or business email
- Save settings
- Visit your live website (toptiersolutionsllc.net)
- Fill out the contact form
- Check Netlify dashboard → Forms for submissions
- Check your email for notifications
Customer → Website Form → Netlify Forms → Email Notification → Your Inbox
- Set notifications to your existing Gmail address
- Simple and works immediately
Option B: Set up info@toptiersolutionsllc.net
- Create this email in Google Workspace
- Set Netlify notifications to this address
- Professional business email
- Forms not appearing in Netlify? → Redeploy the site
- Not receiving emails? → Check notification settings
- 400 errors? → Make sure site is redeployed with latest changes
