[Cryptid Cross-Mod Support] Allow Spectrum hands to be Ascended

I requested a cross-mod component of Paperback and Cryptid which allows Spectrum hands to be ascended.

Someone made a pull request which allows it to exist, but it was before the 0.8.0 update:

I was wondering if this could be merged once all conflicts are resolved?
