I encountered problems adapting the AMS to the A1

Now the Bambu A1 supports AMS 1 and other systems except AMS Lite. My A1 can detect the AMS, but fails to feed filament.The specific symptom is as follows: the filament enters the pentaprism, then retracts from it automatically. I'm wondering how to fix it or someone else has meets the same symptoms
