Mr cray fish gun mod skill lock doesnt work

Describe the bug
I set the guns in the unofficial port of Mr crayfish gun mod to a high attack skill level yet I can still use them at level 0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. download unofficial Mr crayfish gun mod port
2. set guns to high skill level
3. create new world
4. can shoot all the guns at level 0

Expected behavior
a message to appear saying I do not meet the skills to use this item
