Does carboncode keep state across restarts?

If I restart carboncode, does it lose anything (cached data, in-flight work, state files)? I could not find it in the docs.

carboncode has --debug which turns on verbose logging and a /debug endpoint listing the last events. For anything deeper, the event log is the fastest way to see what happened before a failure.
