Structure of template

All of the "extra" information (up to SOP) can be off-putting to anyone who is not familiar with this structure:

• suggestion to restructure the template to be more approachable

short term:

• add note on top

to be considered:

• keep MIOP, authors and summary on top, move the other parts to after the SOP

long term:

• reach out to protocols.io about potentially including the "extra" information in the protocols.io metadata, materials, ... tab (see picture below)
