Create a moc repo that showcases some of the bigger features of GitHub

It might be nice to create a moc repository that has a few open issues/discussions/PRs etcetera. We could possibly integrate this into the tutorial itself in teh sense that 'learners' can fork the repository and experiment with it as well?
