Add on-banned commands #494

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I've banned a player from my island, but console showed a message "
", so i tried do that, but i notice that i just can set up /bsbadmin setspawn in gamemode world, but i would like to set the spawn in my main lobby, so this way when i want to ban a player, the plugin automatically will send to my main Lobby.
Describe the solution you'd like.
add in config file a new command execute like "on-banned" this commands are executed when a player is banned from a island

- I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open issue regarding this.
- I have ensured the feature I'm requesting isn't already in the latest supported BentoBox build or Addons.
