TermFold 2.3: updates from inside the app, a leaner browser, Debian

[Bibarud]

TermFold 2.3 is out. Download it or let an older 2.x update through Obtainium.

Highlights:

• Debian 13 replaces Ubuntu, lighter and faster. If you are coming from an earlier version, TermFold offers to switch and keeps your projects, files and agent sign-ins.
• Updates from inside the app. Settings > Updates checks GitHub, downloads the release, verifies its checksum and signature, and hands it to Android's installer.
• A browser agents can afford to use. About 25x fewer tokens on a long page, a changed-only mode, and the full list saved to a file to grep.
• Native Codex CLI works, the round bubble, a Stop button on the running-sessions notification, and one consistent set of animations.
