min_str_len not working

Thanks for the great tool.

I want to obtain a TR with the minimum motif repeat unit length set to 1, such as (A)n. However, setting the --min_str_len parameter to 1 does not work; the output still shows the minimum repeat unit length as 2.

Thanks for your interest in Straglr. Accuracy of homopolymer runs in nanpore reads is not reliable, therefore the minimum str length is set at 2.
