How to reproduce

1. Head over to https://bglswap.com/
2. Click on "Connect Wallet"
3. On BGL to WBGL tab, click continue

Nothing happens, The "Continue" button greys out for a split second and reverts back to blue

Submitted PR #36 for the silent Continue-button failure path: #36

Scope:

• Shows the /submit/bgl service error message in the frontend instead of only logging it to the console.
• Handles malformed/rejected submit responses with a generic BGL deposit-address error.
• Adds a React Testing Library test for the rejected service response path.

Verification:

• CI=true npm test -- --watchAll=false in app/ (1 passed)
• git diff --check
• node --openssl-legacy-provider ./node_modules/react-scripts/scripts/build.js in app/ (compiled with existing warnings)
