Ui & Responsiveness of Sleep and Mood Tracker.

Currently, the Sleep and Mood Tracker page lack in their UI and are not responsive.

Requested Changes:

• Reset/Clear the input values to an initial fixed value after a user logs their mood or sleep
• Make these pages responsive on all frame sizes.

Make sure to add screenshots and link this issue in the pull request.
