[FEATURE] Change `Settle Auction` button text for auction winner

Problem

Auction winner must posses knowledge that auction settling also mints the previous ounce.

Acceptance Criteria

Would be great to change copy on the button to "Claim + Settle Auction (Pass Virtual Blunt)" for this round auction winner
