What mode and settings were you using?

left mouse, 300 cps.

Steps to reproduce

1. open app
2. set keybind to "start app 2"
3. doesn't set to that.

What did you expect to happen?

to keybind

What actually happened?

did not keybind...

Sorry, I linked this to my PR #254 by mistake. That PR is about the process
list (whitelist/blacklist) and is unrelated to this hotkey issue. Removing the
reference.
