PHP previous installation is required #2

Hey there, I just want to give you some feedback about this package.
I realized that PVM needs PHP previously installed to properly work. But I don't exactly know how it recognizes different versions of PHP.
Could you add some more information to the README so it's more usable?
Also, it would be nice to have pvm install ${version} so we can handle all from the command line.
Let me know if I can contribute to this package, I think is really helpful :)
