Currently, failed emails are deleted even when the failure may be temporary.
This makes investigation difficult and removes the option to resend only the emails that we choose.
Describe the solution you'd like
Keep failed emails with a status and basic error information instead of deleting them immediately.
Allow operators to review failed emails and resend selected records when needed.
Successful emails and emails that are clearly invalid can still be removed.

automatically retry all failed emails
