Disable redis connection test

How to disable redis connection test? Or Could we support disable redis connection test

There won't be any tests unless the user explicitly issues helm test command.

I'm using a third-party provided Redis, configuring connection information in externalRedis. If testing is enabled, an additional Redis image needs to be pulled.
