User input - Problems with french accents or special characters

When the user can enter a name (in collection or set), he have to be allowed to use "ç", "é", etc.

The error will also occur if the user opens a file fom folder like "Téléchargement" because of 'é'

Files or file paths containing accents are now accepted in the application.
The issue now is with csv files that contain data with accents in them, but not in their filename.
The user input in the app can't take accents neither (for now)

Another problem : when exporting to a file path with accents an error occurrs and export fails !
