Problem

"browse for dataset directory" does not launch file explorer browser in windows

Proposed Solution

clicking in the box should launch the file explorer browser in windows, or it should be labeled as "path to dataset directory" without the word "browse". While touching this code, you can also fix the vertical justification of "Dataset Path", "Dataset Name", and "Description" so they are centered relative to their field inputs.
