mp5 from items added to mp5 from spirit section

Bug description

MP5 value from items also affects MP5 from spirit and so the final impact is doubled

For example fot int = 506 and spirit = 438, 66 MP5 from items regen from spirit should be 459 totaling to 525 (wow ui dispalys it correctly. ECS shows 525 for spirit and 591 (not casting)
