From 15e187eade17808f2e9b7ca7fa5405ea4a8599fa Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: David Baker Effendi Date: Wed, 2 Sep 2026 11:22:49 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] Prepare citation metadata for v0.3.3 The freeze workflow asserts `CITATION.cff` names the snapshot version, so this lands before the corrected real-project-v2 freeze. v0.3.3 supersedes v0.3.2, which measured the slice under Bifrost's 4.5-second cold-workspace budget and recorded 27 failures against v0.3.0's 17. The corpus and its reviewed ground truth are unchanged in both; only harness behaviour moved, so this stays a patch under the policy in RELEASES.md. v0.3.2 remains published. Releases are immutable, so a corrected measurement supersedes it rather than replacing it.
