Switch to mojang mappings

Paper will not support remapping / spigot mappings in 26.1.0+ releases. We have to ensure all our libraries support Mojang mappings and switch to that.
The whole obfuscation will be a thing from the past anyway.

ToDo List for that:

• Replace Canvas - Suitable Alternatives are Triumph Gui (would be my recommendation i guess), FastInv, IF
• Create a list of other (outdated) libs which needs to be replaced
• Replace them also
• Test everything out with the -Dpaper.disablePluginRemapping=true flag

Does this mean that any team that installs the new paper version wont be able to run BuildTeamTools right now?

For any future versions (26.1+) the current newest version 1.21.11 works fine.
