IndexOutOfRangeException When Associating e3s File Extension

I downloaded the latest EE3 (0.19.3.0), fresh installation.
When I open the exe, it pops up:

I clicked yes, and clicked apply

Got this error and the program crashed:
Unhandled Exception: System. IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
at RegSetting.lodule1.Main()

This function registers the extension checked in the red square box. This error occurred when you clicked Apply without checking anything. If you click Apply without checking the next version, an error message will be displayed.
