Follow-up from PR #300 review (non-blocking). tests/security-headers.test.ts:21 test title still reads "keeps camera + microphone allowed for self (compete gate depends on A/V)" but the compete gate was removed in #299 — cam/mic are now an optional prompt. Assertion is still correct (Permissions-Policy must keep camera/mic for the optional prompt + LiveKit); only the title rationale is stale. One-line title tweak.
