Currently, the WIBL logger encounters connection issues with modern mobile hotspots (like the Google Pixel 9 Pro) which utilize WPA3 security and enforce Protected Management Frames (PMF). This feature request proposes adding configurable flags to the WiFi station setup to enable WPA3 SAE (Simultaneous Authentication of Equals) and adjust PMF requirements. To maintain backward compatibility with older WPA2-only routers, these advanced security settings should default to passive/disabled, offering users with modern devices the ability to explicitly opt-in via unit configuration.
