In some instances, the GUIDs in the AFP linelist do not match the population dataset. However, those districts are present in the population dataset, though the GUIDs don't match. This function will temporarily "correct" GUIDs in the AFP linelist to match what is in the population dataset in order to correctly calculate NPAFP rates.
