🐛 `log_report()` not attaching other files

Noticed that new virus record and changed virus type csvs are not exported to the CORE teams channel. Investigating the cause

I think the issue has to do with the start/stopping of preprocessing. It's unable to do logging properly due to interruptions in preprocessing

Will need to monitor in the next run of preprocessing
