Assorted error fixes for short stories

"The Negro in Art" is in the wrong subcategory and shows up under "stories" but should be showing up under essays. ccda.works00114
"Her Virginia Mammy" should be dated 1899 (only in The Wife of His Youth) ccda.works00083
"Uncle Wellington's Wives" should also be dated 1899 (also only in Wife) ccda.works00100
"Conjurer's Revenge" has a slight glitch in the title at the main level: should be "The Conjurer's Revenge" ccda.works00019 (I have corrected in Tracking sheet)
The date for "A Woman and a Burglar" should be January 12, 1887. ccda.works00076
The date for "Po' Sandy" should be May 1888 (the month for the Atlantic Monthly is missing) ccda.works00014
The dates for three stories are still those for Sylvia Render's Short Fiction (1974) because they only exist in clippings at Fisk that have not been located elsewhere. But I hope there is no reason to not provide the dates and original publication alongside giving her credit, in a way that would make them show up in the right chronological order (very confusing currently). They are:

All of these corrections have been made, except for these ones, which are all of the same type:
