Archival notes not displaying properly

Archival notes () are not displaying with a linebreak before and after them (as a separate chunk of text) but are just getting run-in with the text after them. See https://cdrhrailsdev.unl.edu/chesnutt/item/ccda.corr00015. (The notes are currently commented out but if you put them back in and regenerate the HTML, you'll see what I mean.)

Hmmm. When I look at that sample file that I posted in earlier in this issue (ccda.corr00015) as it currently appears on the dev site, it looks pretty funky. See attached screenshots. The editorial note isn’t displaying and the source text note has funky formatting (as does the metadata in the bottom metadata section). Maybe I need to re-post now that you’ve done some work, @nichgray …?
