In a way, we already accommodate this, as people have the ability to use Kaldi_NL and oral history with LaMachine to deploy it on their own machine and have total guardianship over the data. (which is better than any service we can come up with)

The caveat of course is that this demands higher-end computing resources and more technical expertise on the client side. So I see the reason for this use case, but it's good to make the alternative clear as well.
