To reproduce:
Search for a data run. Select it from the search results, and press 'view'.
In the View page, change the 'columns / tags' swtch to 'tags'.
Press the Edit icon (looks like a pencil).
Add a tag.
The tag should show in the tag list, but doesn't.
Additional:
The problem is not fixed by a page refresh, or by returning to the search page, and re-searching.
Expected behaviour:
The application should display a list of tags, with option to delete each one.
