Spotify: Non-premium authentication allows an attempt to play a track, but fails with no feedback.

This happens when a Spotify Premium account has run out of credit.
The spotify plugin returns a value of: kSpErrorNeedsPremium

Looks as though this is something which is pretty generic, and should be handled as a general error for all music providers.
