Remove the four underlying NIO file operation methods from TopicService (findAllFilesInPathAndSort, findParticularFileInPathAndSort, findParticularFileInPathAndSortWithWalkFunction, readFileWithStreamFunction) and clean up now-unused imports (BufferedReader, IOException, Files, Path, Paths).
